What executive function is
The quiet skills behind a capable child.
Executive function is the set of mental skills that let a child pause before acting, hold an idea in mind, shift when plans change, and stay with a task. They are not taught with worksheets. They are built through play, and these cards turn that play into something you can pull out in five minutes.
